TERMS OF SERVICE
Clear terms for using the Radar
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1. About the service
BinClean Radar is a specialist tender-intelligence service for UK bin-cleaning, bin-store, bin-chute, waste-container and closely related waste-area cleaning operators. It is not a general cleaning-contract feed. It finds, filters and explains relevant public procurement notices and provides links to the official source. These terms apply when you use the website, receive alerts or buy a subscription.
2. Business use
The paid service is intended for business and professional use. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting mainly for purposes connected with your trade, business or profession and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Subscription and payment
The UK-wide Radar plan costs £24.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment securely. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Paid access normally starts as soon as Stripe confirms payment.
4. What membership includes
Paid membership includes exact tender titles and buyers, official source links, match scoring, bid rationale and priority alerts when relevant notices are found. The number and timing of opportunities are not guaranteed.
5. Your responsibilities
You must check every deadline, requirement and notice on the official procurement portal before acting. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, resell access, or systematically copy or redistribute member-only intelligence.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care when collecting and assessing notices, but source data can change, contain errors or become unavailable. BinClean Radar does not provide legal, procurement or financial advice and does not guarantee eligibility, a successful bid, contract award or uninterrupted availability.
6A. Bid-support services
Bid support is separately scoped and priced. An enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Before work begins, we will confirm the deliverables, price, timing and any information required. You remain responsible for the truth and completeness of every claim, checking eligibility, approving the final response and submitting it through the official portal on time. We do not invent evidence, provide legal advice or guarantee a compliant submission or contract award.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal linked from the member area. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Our full cancellation and refund policy forms part of these terms.
8. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end access for non-payment, misuse, security risk or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, BinClean Radar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business or a missed procurement opportunity. Our total liability relating to the paid service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated by email or a prominent website notice before they take effect where reasonably possible.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
12. Business details and contact
BinClean Radar is a trading name of Paul Sidwell, a sole trader. Email hello@bincleanradar.co.uk. The address for business correspondence and service of legal documents is 19 Brookdale, Hinckley, LE10 0NX, United Kingdom.
